Huge thank you to everyone who participated in this year's Walk to Stomp Out Stigma! Seeing our whole school —students and staff, walking together sends a powerful message: You are not alone, and it’s always okay to ask for help.
The walk may be over, but the work isn't. Let's carry this energy and commitment into our hallways every single day. Be a listener, be kind, and keep the conversation going.

Lots of positivity happening in Wharton schools today!
MacKinnon students arrived to motivational quotes taped to their lockers to start off the week of Respect.
Thank you to our MacKinnon students who volunteered to help Friday after school.

🎨🔬 Our 5th graders are turning into forensic scientists!
Today, students dove into the colorful world of chromatography! They learned all about separating mixtures by seeing how the different colors in markers travel up paper at different speeds. Talk about science in action! Ask your student what new colors they discovered hidden in their black marker!

Book inspired fun in the kindergarten library class today. 🍎🦁After reading Ten Apples on Top!, students became engineers and tried their hands at stacking different objects.
Patience was key, and the giggles were high! A great lesson on balance and persistence.

Come support their class and cool off after a long day of school work!

Shout out to our volunteers! Thank you to everyone for making this a great game!

Nice work out there today! Although the teachers left the winners today, our 8th graders gave it there all on the volleyball court!

Apple day was a huge success in Kindergarten! Students made homemade apple sauce, had a sink or float investigation, a taste test, and made apple tree name crafts!

More posters from our students running for Student Council!

It's time for your voice to be heard! Our MacKinnon students will be voting in our Student Council elections this week, and campaign signs have been posted around school.
Good luck to all!
