Parents of students who will be in Kindergarten, 3rd, or 6th grade in the 2025 -2026 school year are required to Re-Register. The forms are located on our website here. They must be returned by July 31, 2025 to the Business office, the hours are Monday –Friday 8:00am to 1:30pm.

8 Points of Residency Proof: (Please bring in original documents)

6 Points – Mortgage Statement/Payment Book/Tax Bill (Immediate family of Owner)
6 Points – Certificate of Habitation (non-owner occupied residence/rental unit) Town of Wharton - Original
4 Points – Sworn Statement of Landlord (owner occupied residence) Certification Statement (additional documents may be requested at the discretion of the district) must be notarized - Original
2 Points – Current Residency Lease
1 Point – Valid Driver’s License Reflecting current Address
1 Point – Passport / Visa Reflecting current Address
1 Point – Utility Bill / Credit Card Statement reflecting current address and date (maximum of 2 accepted)
