Our Do Gooders made special Kindness Easter Eggs to give our Wharton Fire Department to throw out onto the field on April 4th for their annual Easter Egg Hunt. We had a wonderful visit from our firefighters who taught us how we can be an Do Gooder even when we are older! Inside these eggs have a special message to remind everyone how wonderful they are! Hope everyone hops on over to find their special egg!

Drop everything & read! In honor of Read Across America week our students dropped everything and picked up a book to read this morning.
Even Dr. Sanchez joined in on reading time!

Congratulations to the MacKinnon students who brought their 'A' Game.
When you bring your 'A' game, it means that you are leaving nothing on the field, court, home or work. You're giving it your all.
Be proud of yourselves!

Kindergarten celebrated National Heart Month by learning about different heart healthy foods and activities. Our day was made even more special with the help of nurses from St. Claire’s Hospital in Dover. They showed us how to read our pulse, how our heart works, and even gave us our very own stethoscopes!

We bend but we don't break! Middle and elementary students from Mrs. Church and Mrs. Vellis's science classes teamed up to design and test classroom bridges — challenging our STEM skills and collaboration every step of the way. Proud to see creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork in action as older kids mentor younger ones and everyone learns together. Here’s to building stronger minds and stronger communities — one bridge at a time. #STEM #Collaboration #WeBendButWeDontBreak #StudentLeaders
