Current students MUST re-register IN PERSON every year
Required documents:
Completed registration packet (including the Pre-K preference sheet, transportation form, income form, and questionnaire).
Health records (immunizations & up-to-date physical)
Copy of birth certificate
8 points proof of residency:
6 points: mortgage statement/payment book/tax bill
6 points: certificate of habitation from the town of Wharton (issued within past 30 days)
4 points: notarized sworn statement of landlord certification (available in Board Office)
2 points: current residency lease
1 point: Valid NJ driver’s license reflecting current address
1 point: passport/visa reflecting current address
1 point: utility bill/credit card statement reflecting current date and address (maximum of 2 accepted)
